Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Smostly LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the SevenOneFive mobile application (the "App"). We built SevenOneFive to be privacy-friendly: it has no accounts, no login, and stores your data on your own device.

1. Summary

• We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email, or password.
• Your data stays on your device. Your entered spot price, ledger entries, selected theme, and subscription status are stored locally on your phone.
• We do not sell or share your personal information.
• The App connects to the internet only to fetch the current silver price, and that request contains no personal information.

2. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect, and you do not provide us, personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details.

3. Information stored on your device

To make the App work, the following is saved locally on your device (not on our servers):

• The silver spot price you enter, and when you entered it
• Your ledger entries (coin types, quantities, bag sizes)
• Your selected theme and app preferences
• A local record of whether your Premium subscription is active

This information remains under your control. It is included in your device's normal backups (for example, iCloud or Google backup) if you have those enabled — those backups are governed by Apple's or Google's policies, not ours. Deleting the App removes this data from the device.

4. Silver price requests

When the live price feed is used (a Premium feature), the App requests the current silver spot price from our price service. This request does not include any personal information about you. As with any internet request, our hosting/CDN provider may automatically and transiently process technical information such as your device's IP address and request time solely to deliver the response and to protect the service against abuse (for example, rate limiting). We do not use this to identify you, and we do not build user profiles. The underlying price data is provided by a third-party precious-metals data source.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Your payment is handled entirely by them under your store account — we never receive or store your payment card number. The app stores may provide us with anonymized or aggregated purchase information (for example, whether a subscription is active) so the App can unlock Premium features. Apple's and Google's handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Analytics and advertising

The App does not currently include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal information, no such data is gathered through the App.

8. How we protect information

Because your data is stored locally, its security depends primarily on your device and the protections provided by your device's operating system (such as a passcode or biometric lock). Network requests to our price service are made over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Your choices and rights

• You can clear all app data by deleting the App from your device (and by removing it from any device backups if desired).
• You can stop the live price feed by not subscribing to Premium; the free tier uses only the price you enter manually.
• Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights regarding personal information. Because we do not collect personal information about you, we typically have nothing to access, correct, or delete on our servers. If you have questions, contact us using the details below.

10. International users

The App is operated from the United States. Any limited technical data processed to deliver price responses may be handled by our hosting/CDN providers, which may operate in other countries.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Please review it periodically.
