Every product we make starts with research. We listen to the people who'll use the thing before we draw a single screen. Then we design carefully, ship deliberately, and refine in public. The result is fewer features, more care, and apps that actually get opened on Tuesday.
It's a slower way to build. It's also the only way we know how.
