Delete Your PINGOT Account

This page describes how to delete your account for PINGOT, a precious metals portfolio tracking app developed and operated by Smostly LLC. You can delete your account at any time directly from within the app.

Steps to delete your account

    Open the PINGOT app on your device.

  2. 2

    Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. 3

    Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

  4. 4

    Confirm the deletion when prompted.

  5. 5

    Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@smostly.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and the email address associated with your PINGOT account.

Data Deletion Details

What happens when you delete

Deleted immediately

The following data is permanently deleted from our database the moment you confirm account deletion:

  • Account credentials (email and password)
  • Portfolio holdings and transaction history
  • Removal / liquidation records
  • Profile information

Not retained after deletion

  • PINGOT does not retain any personal data after account deletion.
  • Locally cached data (spot prices, preferences) is stored only on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
